The vacuum membrane press with a pneumatically lifted membrane is designed for heating and forming thermoformable materials such as PET felt, solid surface (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, KERROCK, LG, PLEXIGLAS, and others), which can be molded into any shape after heat treatment. It is equipped with a heating system that shortens the bonding time and increases production efficiency. The TVG series vacuum presses are intended for both small and large manufacturing facilities.

Construction of the Press
• Steel Frame: The press is built on a robust, welded steel frame ensuring stability and durability during operation.
• Vacuum Table: The worktable is equipped with a vacuum system that securely holds the material in place during the forming process.
• Membrane System: A flexible, heat-resistant membrane is pneumatically lifted and lowered, allowing precise pressure distribution on the material.
• Heating System: Integrated heating elements (infrared or quartz heaters) provide uniform heat distribution, essential for effective thermoforming.
• Control Panel: An intuitive control panel allows easy regulation of temperature, vacuum pressure, and membrane operation.
• Vacuum Pump: A high-performance vacuum pump ensures efficient air evacuation for tight membrane adherence.
• Safety Features: Equipped with safety sensors and emergency stop buttons to ensure operator protection.
• Optional Components: Additional options may include programmable controllers (PLC), touchscreen interfaces, or automatic cycle control for improved process automation.
