It is a complete painting system, consisting of the following components:

1) An oven comprising an air heater (the fuel type can be adapted to the customer’s requirements).
2) A spray painting booth equipped with an absorbent filtration system suitable for capturing even the most demanding paint applications.
3) Two parking areas, where the parts can be placed after painting or curing.
4) A rail system allowing easy movement of the parts from one station to another.

5) A trolley used for transporting the above-mentioned parts.
6) A fully integrated steel structure, statically robust, designed to minimize the risk of failure of any component.

From both a design and technical specification standpoint, the above installation constitutes a complete and autonomous electrostatic painting process.
