Powder coating system, manual operation, with 3-zone pre-treatment & cross conveyor

Turnkey powder coating system with stainless steel pre-treatment.
Maximum flexibility for your production: Cascaded 3-zone pre-treatment including deionized water treatment, energy-efficient oven (gas or electric), and robust conveying system with cross movement. Complete with assembly & training – individually adaptable to your hall dimensions/product range and requirements!

For sale: a well-conceived concept for a turnkey, manual powder coating system. The system combines
a wet chemical pre-treatment in stainless steel design, a walk-in powder coating booth, an energy-efficient drying and curing oven, and a flexible conveying system with cross movement. All components are designed as a modular basic concept.

The system components:

1. Chemical 3-zone spray pre-treatment (stainless steel) process:

1. Degreasing/phosphatization (electrically heated, 72 kW)
2. Rinse with city water
3. Rinse with deionized water

Construction:
- Robust walls and treatment tanks made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304.

Equipment:
- Automatic cascade refill system to optimize water consumption, chemical-resistant and adjustable
nozzles, oil skimmer to extend the service life of the degreasing bath, automatic dosing unit, and a
powerful exhaust fan (5,000 m³/h).

Water treatment:
- Including integrated reverse osmosis system (300 l/h) with a 2,500-liter tank and PLC control for consistently
high rinsing water quality.
- Max. component dimensions: 3,000 x 800 x 1,500 mm (L x W x H).

2. Combined tack water dryer & curing oven (thermoblock):

- Working area: 3,500 x 2,000 x 2,900 mm (L x W x H) per oven with a usable opening of 2,000 x 2,200 mm (W x H).
- Heating system: combined via gas (Riello BS2 burner, 82 kW) and/or electric (82 kW).
- Insulation & recirculation: 180 mm rock wool insulation on walls and roof (100 mm on the floor).
Inverter-controlled recirculation with 7,500 m³/h guarantees uniform heat distribution up to max. 220 °C.

3. Walk-in powder coating booth

- Dimensions: Generous booth dimensions of 5,000 x 3,000 x 3,200 mm (L x W x H).
- Extraction & filtration: Effective extraction capacity of 8,000 m³/h (5.5 kW motor) with 4 cartridge filters incl. auto.

4. Conveying system with cross movement

- Load capacity: 200 kg load capacity per carrier or up to 600 kg total load in the trolley.
- Layout: Approx. 127 m of rail network including 2 trolleys for the cross-movement trolley, crossbars (L = 3 m) and pneumatic
locking and unlocking units for ergonomic material handling.

5. Central Siemens PLC control

- Central Siemens 7" color touchscreen: all temperature profiles, rinsing cycles, conveying sequences and
extraction systems can be intuitively monitored and controlled.

Since every B2B project is unique, the configuration shown can be customized in almost all parameters:

Free scaling of all usable dimensions (L x W x H) of pre-treatment, ovens, and booth. Adjustment of the conveying system to your hall geometry and higher load capacities. Heating type (pure gas, pure electric, or hybrid) can be freely selected. Extension of the pre-treatment zones (e.g., passivation, demineralization).
