Additionally available system components such as the IPS coating system with Smart Feeding Technology (SFT) and fully automatic color change or the use of Z-axes - for the dynamic individual feed of the guns during the coating of a component synchronously with the vertical stroke movement enable excellent coating results.

Core Components of the System
Painting Booths: The central enclosure where coating occurs. High-end systems like those used by Liebherr can feature multiple booths (e.g., four booths) with up to 10 guns for complex industrial parts.
Application Technology:
Liquid Coating: Uses Airspray, Airless, or AirCoat technologies. AirCoat combines high pressure with atomizing air for high-quality, low-overspray results.
Powder Coating: Often utilizes the E-Line, M-Line, or S-Line systems, which include powder centers (like the PXS or IPS) for rapid, fully automated color changes.
Furnaces (Curing Ovens): These units follow the painting stage to "bake" or cure the coating. In specialized setups like the Wagner-Klöpper line, they are often followed by cooling zone conveyors to safely handle products (up to 4m x 2.6m) immediately after high-temperature curing.
