Compliance with such regulations is the responsibility of the final user/operator.
All contracts concluded with me are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is agreed as Mannheim.
