Sale exclusively to businesses as defined by § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). The machine is sold with exclusion of liability for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects based on grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the seller or their agents, as well as in the event of injury to life, limb, or health. Any remaining third-party warranty claims due to material defects will be assigned to the buyer. Please understand that I cannot assume liability for compliance of the machine or its components with any safety regulations that may apply at your site. Responsibility for compliance rests with the final operator.
All contracts entered into with me are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The agreed place of jurisdiction is Mannheim.
