MK – Engineering and Quality Assurance Office, based in Volkmarsen, specializes in mobile 3D measurements and quality assurance in manufacturing metrology. The company measures components and equipment directly at the customer’s site or in its own measurement room, particularly when large or unwieldy objects need to be transported. Measurement systems from FARO are used, among other things, for inspecting form and position tolerances, first article and series measurements, CAD comparison, as well as capturing point clouds and 3D data. In addition, MK supplies special measuring equipment and customized solutions for manufacturing metrology.
