Baty R400 profile projector - flexibility and precision for larger workpieces

The Baty R400 profile projector combines precise optical measurement technology with a generous 400 mm diameter screen, making it the ideal choice for inspecting larger workpieces. The horizontal light path and large measuring area of 300 mm x 150 mm provide the flexibility to efficiently measure both small and larger parts.

Equipped with a choice of magnification lenses (10x, 20x, 50x and 100x), the R400 can be adapted to different measurement requirements. It is also available with multiple display options:

XLS: Basic 2-axis display for precise and simple measurements.
MX200: This model extends the functions to include geometric measurements, including the calculation of angles, radii and distances. It also enables the creation of tolerance reports.
FT2: This model offers advanced features such as edge detection and a fully integrated reporting and analysis tool with SPC support and automatic data acquisition.
