The Dematic line is disassembled and ready for transport.

Manufacturing date: 2019/2020.
Technical throughput:
– Conveyor capacity from the mezzanine to the induction stations – 1,800 cartons per hour
– Conveyor capacity from the TTU sorter to VAS and the outbound sorter – 1,560 cartons per hour

Loading units:
a) Cartons on internal conveyors:
– Average weight: 15 kg/carton
– Dimensions: 600 x 400 x 400 mm
– Weight: from 1 to 30 kg/carton

b) Cartons on outbound conveyors:
– Dimensions: 800 x 400 x 340 mm
– No lid
– Lid is applied at the end before shipment
– Weight: from 1 to 25 kg/carton
– Average weight: 15 kg/carton

The line is equipped with two TTU sorters. The TTU sorter is a compact sorter that works perfectly in narrow spaces. The TTU is capable of sorting both plastic bags and cartons.
Each sorter consists of 2 infeed areas and 300 discharge locations. The two combined sorters have 4 infeed lines and 600 discharge locations. Cartons on the conveyor are identified and transported to the appropriate zone on the sorter.
Sorter equipment:
– 32 workstations with 16 screens
– 16 screen supports
– 20 RF scanners (10 per sorter)
– 4 pallet discharge locations
– SCS server

– 2 Lantech case erectors and Robatech glue applicators
– 2 Altek 700 kg scissor lifts, located on the outside of each sorter. Access to the platform is secured by a Troax system – when the lift is activated, access to the loading area is prevented by an electromagnetic lock. Additionally, the platform is enclosed with welded wire mesh.
– 2 Fischer platforms – workstation for 12 employees (6 on each side), equipped with Data Logic barcode scanners and a Beckhoff CP3716-1071-0010 monitor.
