Operating conditions:
The heavy-duty trailer is designed for use on level, paved roads in internal traffic.

Combined journeys:
The trailer components are not designed (without trailer coupling) for combined journeys with several trailers.

Payload:
60 t at 6 km/h and uniform loading (surface load) of the loading area between the axles. Point or strip loads are only permitted after notification.

Base frame:
Sturdy welded construction made of sectional steel

Loading area:
Size approx. 6000 x 2500 mm, loading height approx. 1012 mm, loading area cover with softwood planks, all-round recessed edge protection

Steering:
All-wheel steering on 4 pendulum axles, drawbar can be raised, removed and repositioned from front to rear, suspension height on towing vehicle approx. 650 mm (other suspension heights are only permitted after notification), drawbar eye to DIN 74054 dm 40 mm, tie rods with adjustable ball joint heads, diagonal or drawbars adjustable and fitted with low-maintenance spherical bearings, drawbar drop safety device to UVV (accident prevention regulations)

Chassis:
4 steered swing axles, 2 steered axle lines to achieve an even load on the wheels, wheels with elastic solid rubber tires approx. 559 x 406 mm, wheel hubs with tapered roller bearings and permanent grease lubrication.

Paint finish:
Top coat RAL 5002 ultramarine blue

Additional equipment:
- Optional: dual-circuit air brake system acting on 4 wheels, gradient < 4%. Separate parking brake via spring-loaded brake cylinder, also acting on 4 wheels.
- 2 lashing eyes or crane eyes made of round steel welded horizontally into the outer beams on both long sides, only use the crane eyes when the trailer is not loaded
- Turning radius inside approx. 2100 mm
- Outside turning radius approx. 5500 mm
- Drawbar approx. 1500 mm long
