It should be noted that when filling the container, the density of the material being vacuumed must always be taken into account, and compliance with the permissible axle loads for the vehicle (= permissible gross weight) must always be ensured. We assume no liability for overloading the vehicle.

Manhole DN 450 (folding closure)
Foldable as a cleaning opening, at the back at the lowest point in the dished end, permanently welded with clamping screws.

Tank content indicator for sludge chamber:
The fill level is read through a covered, large sight glass DN 80, mounted at the front right behind the cab.
With cleaning connection Storz B-coupling at the top and bottom, a manual slide valve at the bottom in the line for shutting off.
Protective plate made of aluminum in front of the pipe with a scale. Scale graduations every 500 liters marked as a line on the mounted protective plate.

Discharge:
The sludge chamber is discharged through a free outlet or by expelling the sludge by applying pressure to the vacuum pump from the towing vehicle.

SUCTION-PRESSURE INSTALLATION:

Piping and fittings:
are dimensioned in DN 80 and routed in a stress-free manner through hose sleeves.

The following are provided for overfill protection:
A suction dome at the top of the tank with a PVC ball as an overfill preventer.
Also available:
Component-tested safety valve

Lower suction and discharge connection:
Welded to the lowest point of the manhole with an external shut-off device, a quick-closing slide valve DN 80 operated by hand and a Perrot V-coupling with a blind cover DN 80,
Vent ball valve 1/2" approx. 60° upwards between the slide valve DN 80 and the Perrot coupling.

Overfill connection:
Perrot V-part DN 80, mounted on the front bottom flap.

Trailer suction connection:
Perrot V-part DN 80, mounted at the front at the lowest point on the front bottom flap.
