These are conveyors which provide to be manually or automatically transferred among required processes until completion of the surface finishing and painting processes after the product to be painted is hung to the conveyor. Application of the processes can be carried out automatically based on the demand and the project. It provides a considerably high space and energy saving compared to continuous conveyor systems used in the facility where full automatic systems are operated.

Based on the product weight, closed type Cardan and IPN rails can be used.

• These conveyor systems, which have a wide range of carrying capacity, can move manually or semi-automatically vertically and horizontally, allowing the bar transport between processes.
• This system provides higher efficiency in smaller installation spaces with low fuel consumption.
• It works in the Power & Free conveyor logic, but is less costly and semi-automatic.
