With over 3,000 m² of covered production space, we are the largest manufacturer in the Czech Republic of screws (extruder screws) and matching cylinders. Our specialty is the production of wear-resistant hardened screws, offering the highest abrasion resistance on the market. In addition, we perform refurbishment of screws and cylinders, including components from other manufacturers. Our unique specialization is in manufacturing armored (hardened) screws with the highest wear resistance available. Furthermore, we also carry out refurbishment and reconditioning of screws and barrels from other brands.

We utilize a specialized modeling, design, and development program called the "Virtual Extrusion Laboratory." In addition, we offer complete plastic recycling and regranulation lines, fully meeting customer requirements and compatible with a wide range of plastic waste materials.
