Offered here is a floor conveyor system for a wheel rim painting line.

The system consists of the following components:
- Conveyor chain
- Conveyor rails (curved and straight sections)
- Trolleys with mounts for automotive rims
- Rotating rail: on this track, the rim rotates during the painting process to ensure an even application of paint
- Conveyor motors (without control unit)

Total length: approx. 150 m
Maximum part diameter: 550 mm
Maximum part height: 400 mm

The system is suitable for both wet paint and powder coating applications.

No control system is included in the scope of delivery.

The system has been dismantled and packed in crates. Inspection is possible by appointment.

The system must be serviced before commissioning.

Two additional systems are available as well. These versions are suitable for curing processes in an oven.
