General Features - Haul-Off System: Band type - Contact length: 500 mm (special PU coating) - Contact width: 80 mm - Haul-off motor power output: 2 pcs EMF Torque (for each band) - Working range: 5-90 mm - Operating speed: 60 m/min (Operating speed can be adjusted as desired.) - Cutter motor output: 1 kW (Siemens V90 series servomotor and Siemens servo driver) - The working range can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material being processed. - The lower and upper bands will be separately controlled by torque motors and will move synchronously thanks to this system. There will be no belt-pulley in the system to control the tractor belts; the bands will be controlled separately with torque motors. - SICK brand 1024 pulse Encoder will be used for line speed control. - The lower pallet system is fixed, the upper pallet system is movable.

- The pulling bands shall be coated with Linatex rubber raw material. - The haul-off unit is controlled by a PLC controller. - The circular saw's servo motor will be PLC-controlled, 1 kW servo motor (Siemens V series). - The upper and lower covers of the water tank with knife shall be made entirely of stainless material. - Cutting tolerance +/- max. 2 mm. - Haul-off covers and cutting blade housing cover are equipped with Pilz brand safety magnetic door sensors. - Pilz brand safety relay is standard in the electrical control panel. - Electrical control panel is manufactured in accordance with Category 4 class standards. - Electricity supply is compatible with 380-400V / 50Hz. - Complies with CE/uL standards.

PLC System Features
● A 7'' Weintek touch screen operator panel will be used. Thanks to this panel, the machine will be fully controlled.
From the touch screen on the unit operator panel:

● Pieces to be cut
● Line speed reel view
● Dancer reel position
● Cutting blade magnitude adjustment
● Reel length information
● Order list
● Breakdown information - Fault information is clearly displayed.
- There will be an ENG language option.
- The unit keeps the number of cuts in its memory since the first operation.
- Special menus which are suitable to your current system can be added on the operator panel.
