The ASCO A700Ri dry ice reformer was developed to produce dry ice blocks of various sizes by compressing dry ice pellets. Whether in conjunction with an existing or new dry ice pelletizer, the ASCO A700Ri dry ice reformer is a highly efficient solution for expanding your dry ice pellet business with the addition of dry ice block production.

This compact machine is driven by a specialized, high-performance hydraulic system and can be started with the push of a button. All functions are managed by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC. A touchscreen interface provides a clear overview and facilitates user-friendly operation, while extensive diagnostics and monitoring simplify maintenance and service planning.

With integrated production quantity control, you can define and monitor both the number and weight of blocks to be produced.
