Automatic tube filling and sealing machine with volumetric dispenser for liquid, sticky, viscous, and pasty products.

- Tube position centering station with photocell detection
- Tray with 8 interchangeable buckets (adaptable to tube dimensions) for transporting tubes to the packaging station

- Interchangeable volumetric piston dosing station with stainless steel rotary valve
- Currently fitted with one 40 ml piston (alternative piston sizes available on request from supplier)
- Tube filling station with stainless steel nozzle and anti-drip device
- Single-wall conical hopper, 50-litre capacity
- Tube heating station using Leister heater
- Sealing station with heated jaw clamps, featuring water circulation cooling
- Closing station with 1 pair of jaw clamps, enabling character embossing
- Water circulation system for jaw cooling (currently supplied without chiller, but available on request)
- Tube top trimming station for finishing cuts
- Waste collection tank
- Automatic discharge of finished tubes onto disposal chute
