Büchi Glas Buchi Glas Uster CR 101 spez. Prozessreaktorsystem

Multi-purpose reaction system with a glass structure made of borosilicate glass, Büchi Glas Uster. The system consists of two multi-purpose units, each with one CR 101 reactor and one gas scrubber. These are two complete systems that can be configured and operated together or separately as individual units. We can design and adapt the configuration according to customer requirements, which also includes the system control.

The two CR 101 reactors have a working volume of 100 liters, with a maximum volume of 205 liters each. They are made with a steel enamel lower part that can be heated, and a glass upper part with a drive, mechanical seal, impeller agitator, and stirrer with a PT 100 temperature probe, all made of steel enamel. The original agitator drives were replaced in 2016 with an RWD-30-L ATEX drive from Büchi.
