The Bavelloni NRG420 CNC machine can perform the following operations:
- Internal and external edges
- Drilling
- Milling
- Writing and engraving with diamond tools

- The machine is equipped with 20 tool holders, fitted with a quick clamping system for ISO 40 tool holders with mechanical locking and unlocking by means of a pneumatic cylinder

- Internal automatic cleaning of the spindle (cone housing) using compressed air
- Pneumatic compressed air system to prevent the ingress of dust and liquid
- Dual cooling system: directly from the inside of the tool using clean water / externally with circulating water through sprayers located around the tool
- The following glass thicknesses can be processed: float glass 3-12 mm / laminated safety glass 6-25.56 mm
