Berstorff / Compex Type MPC 45, throughput up to approx. 150 kg/h, material-dependent.
The system consists of:

Co-rotating twin-screw extruder with barrier screw, segmented screw and cylinder
Temperature control unit for cylinder / processing section (connection and water chiller on the customer side)
Compex/Berstorff Type MPC 45, drive 34 kW
Screws 2 x Ø 45 mm – 40 L/D with screw speed up to 450 rpm

2x Side feeder extruder ZSB 34 (twin-screw) (e.g. for glass fiber feeding - formulations)
3x Degassing zone including vacuum pump
Melt filter / screen changer, hydraulic (for processing ground material)
