Feeding: the mill must be supplied in a regular, continuous, and consistent manner.

Loading port on the front cover. Usable opening 305 x 250 mm.

Cast iron housing with hinged front cover, equipped with a safety microswitch.

Replaceable protective plates on the front and rear covers.

Peripherally toothed grinding liners, cast in high-chromium alloy, with adjustable distance from the hammers.

Disc rotor with 4 fixed high-mass hammers, cast in manganese steel.

The rotor can be removed through the front cover.

Shaft mounted on roller and ball bearings, grease-lubricated and protected by dustproof labyrinth seals.

Perforated grid; the grid is removable through the front.

Rotation speed: 1800-2400 rpm.

Pulley for V-belts.

Required power: 22-30 kW.

Drive unit: 1 x 30 kW motor, pulley, belts, tensioner, and protective guard.

Support frame for mill and motor, complete with connection for aspirated discharge.
