Empty bottle inspector for monitoring empty glass bottles. The machine uses cameras, high frequency, and infrared to inspect the following criteria: - Contour, height, color - Side wall - Residual lye detection - Mouth - Thread - Residual liquid detection - Bottom inspection - Glass shards and film detection - Sealing surface inspection Bottles that do not meet the specifications are ejected via pushers.
