Working width of the belt: 600 mm
Discharge height: 1900 mm
Overall length: 4500 mm

This professional elevator conveyor (inclined conveyor) with a working width of 600 mm and a discharge height of 1900 mm is a reliable device designed for vertical and horizontal transport of bulk, granular, and sticky materials. The machine finds wide application in the fruit and vegetable processing sector, the meat, fish, and bakery industries, packaging lines, and convenience food production plants. It is used to automatically feed loading machines such as multi-head weighers, scales, grinders, mixers, and forming machines (e.g., for burgers or meatballs).

The operating mechanism of the device is based on the continuous movement of a belt equipped with transverse scrapers, which mechanically force the material upwards, eliminating the risk of the product flowing back down, even at a significant incline angle. The large working width (600 mm) ensures high linear throughput, allowing for smooth operation of high-volume industrial processes. The conveyor optimizes workplace ergonomics, completely eliminating the need for manual filling of high hoppers and buffer tanks.
