STS V-1.5

Tank
• 1,500-liter tank capacity
• Tank hot-dip galvanized
• Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Hydraulic rear tipping at approx. 20° for emptying via electro-hydraulic unit
• Side flushing port in the tank to remove contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens completely to the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• Two-stage safety system as standard to protect the compressor from damage
• Siphon separator – overflow with 2 balls and sight glass
• Manometer on suction assembly with protective guard
• Mechanical fill level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 liters air output
• Maximum vacuum: -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Maximum overpressure: 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda GX 390 industrial engine – electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to prevent damage to engine components
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil collection
• Stainless steel heat shield above exhaust
• 1 liter of biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
• 5-liter fuel canister in holder
• Standard long-neck funnel for changing and topping up engine oil
• All engine components and accessories housed in lockable aluminum engine box, powder-coated in desired color

• Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
• Electrohydraulics with wired remote control
• Low loader tandem chassis 2.7t
• Track width matches cars and Sprinter for optimal driving
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the suction tank
• 2 axles with 1,750kg capacity each and independent suspension from a reputable manufacturer

• 1 x Perrot connection (3”) at the bottom of the tank lid
• 1 x Perrot connection (3”) on the right side in the direction of travel
