The HLT 560 operates using mass spectrometry and can be used in both vacuum and sniffing modes.
With the sniffing probe, leak locations can be precisely identified, while in vacuum mode,
complete assemblies or systems can be tested.
The turbo pump and pre-pump are integrated, making the device usable as a complete, mobile testing system.

Application areas (examples):

Leak testing of components and assemblies
Testing of vacuum chambers, pipelines, valves, heat exchangers
Quality control in production
Service and maintenance work on vacuum equipment
