Lightweight chassis version
Made of aluminum (15-6-12)
Two fully automatically welded I-section longitudinal beams with welded cross members. Chassis width: 1,600 mm

Axles and suspension: Disc brake 430 mm
Jost (formerly Mercedes DCA) axle units, 3 x 9 tons, with air suspension, air springs arranged centrally to the chassis longitudinal beam. First axle can be lifted with starting assist and manual forced lowering. Smart Board information center, lift/lower valve, BVA brake wear indicator.

Tires and wheels:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R22.5, from various manufacturers (manufacturer's choice), with steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120.

Fifth wheel:
Mechanical version with single-sided operation in 2 speeds with pivoting base for air suspension.

Braking system:
According to E.G. standards, dual-circuit Wabco system, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles and Wabco EBS incl. RSS (Roll Stability System) and Premium modulator, Wabco Smartboard information center, aluminum air tank system.

Electrical system:
According to STVZO guidelines, with 2 five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Ecopoint 2, 24-volt system with 2x7 and 1x5-pole sockets, with side marker lights, 2 separate LED rear lights, 1 LED interior light.

Tipping body/dump bed:
Internally fully welded. Aluminum dump bed, side walls with 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm) welded together, 600 mm wide. Floor made of 8 mm thick, highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110). Front wall reinforced, 4 mm thick, in a straight design. Rear wall as a universal door in a straight design with 2-wing doors in a 2/3-1/3 configuration, with a grain slide, or alternatively in a 1/2-1/2 configuration with a grain slide on each side. Aluminum round profile welded on the side and bottom for sealing the door gap on the rear doors. Rear doors partially covered with smooth aluminum. Operation of the universal door automatically pneumatic with separate lever that can be locked. Rear supports made of aluminum, can be swung out. Two retaining straps with rubber buffers on the tipping body, attached to the frame at the front wall.

Hydraulic system: Tipping cylinder with large cylinder body
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall with a max. working pressure of 150 bar, manufacturer Edbro, with approx. 2.5 m hydraulic hose and quick-release coupling 1", tipping angle approx. 48 degrees.

6 Parlok fenders, complete mud flaps covering the entire vehicle width attached to the U-profile. Aluminum spare wheel holder. Folding side impact protection on the right side.
