ANGELUS 61H automatic can seamer equipped with a ZACMI 52-valve vacuum unit, designed for the hermetic sealing of metal containers in high-production industrial lines for the food and canning industry.

The unit combines ANGELUS seaming technology with a ZACMI vacuum system, allowing the container to be conditioned before sealing and subsequently double-seamed between the can body and its lid.

This configuration is particularly interesting for canning processes where it is necessary to reduce the air present in the headspace of the container before sealing, depending on the product and process parameters.

APPLICATION

The unit is designed to automate the operations prior to sealing and the hermetic sealing of cans in a continuous process.

The containers are transported to the ZACMI unit, where the vacuum process is carried out before being transferred to the ANGELUS 61H seamer. Subsequently, the double seaming is performed between the can and the lid, resulting in a container prepared for the next stages of production.
