Description
Offered is an automated side board processing line with singulation, trimmer for end trimming, 2 stacking machines, additional discharge, and end trimming of stacking slats:
Boards 2000-5280 mm long, 16 - 40 mm thick, 70 - 260 mm wide, cycle rate of 29 or 58 pieces/minute, operated by one person sitting at a joystick:
- Boards are conveyed laterally using a 4-strand overhead chain cross conveyor
- Singulation steep conveyor 6000 mm wide, 3000 mm inclined
- Alignment roller conveyor

- 2 stacking machines: 1 x 2500 to 5280 mm and 1 x 2000 to 4280 mm
- automatic lowering of the finished packages and transfer to automatic strapping
- FROMM strapping with 16 mm plastic band and automatic transfer to the discharge roller conveyor
- ALFHA control with Siemens S 7 - ensures perfect operation. Performance records / daily logs
- Control cabinets with Siemens components, SEW motors, Telco light barriers

For example, one employee processed, packaged, and strapped approximately 15,000 boards of side lumber 4000/17 x 76 mm in 9 hours.
The system is still assembled, but the upstream chipping plant has already been dismantled. Therefore, the system is immediately available. It is very robustly built and has always operated smoothly and without any problems.
