Horizontal forms: right and left side for final pressing of jacket backs on a single frame, equipped with a BRI-Fashion programmer. Two-point laser. Installation for connecting irons and two BRI-3 irons with Teflon soleplates.

The press with horizontal forms is designed for pressing the right and left back panels of jackets. The linear-vertical closing system prevents shifting and ensures uniform pressure distribution across the entire pressing surface. Additional suction allows stable placement of the garment on the buck without movement. Precision pressing system for the upper forms, digitally adjustable gap between the forms. Additional steaming of the lower form, especially recommended for pile fabrics. Two-point laser assists with positioning. Connections for and two BRI-3 irons for additional pressing.

The latest touchscreen control panel allows extremely precise adjustment of the pressing process to specific fabrics. Operator-friendly, with automatic programming for individual preparation processes prior to further operations. Allows correction of process steps after a given program has finished. Digitally regulated form gap depending on jacket material. Memory for up to 200 programs. Failure indications and warnings. Version available in 13 languages. Possibility of separate programming for 10 users. Data transfer and remote monitoring via PC.

Machine output with one operator: 45 jackets/hour.

The machine is practically unused and in full working order. It has been started only a few times.

Year of manufacture is approximately 2020. The nameplate shows 2003 because the machine’s base was replaced and the original nameplate was retained.
