Basic Equipment

Controls: Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab, featuring JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions, plus download capability for recorded data. The JVM screen can also display images from up to four cameras. A separate operator console with a palm rest is mounted on the door side for controlling main sweeping functions.

Suction fan: Variable suction speed from 1800 rpm to 3500 rpm to accommodate different applications.

V65t: Higher gear ratio: 1.79:1

Disc broom (gutter brush): Quick-change broom system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm, adjustable from the cab. Highly visible signal yellow brush disc and hose guide.

Suction mouth: Aluminum cast suction mouth with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system: Spray heads for dust binding are installed at the suction nozzle(s), disc brush, and along the front of the vehicle. "Pressadrain" water treatment system. EUnited 4-star PM10 certification.

Electrics: 24 V. All external cable harness connections comply with IP67 protection class requirements.

External noise / sound power level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard engines, measured in accordance with EC directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, also measured according to EC directive 2000/14/EC.

Hopper: The superstructure consists of a debris hopper and integrated water tank, made of high-durability stainless steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water strainer allows use of the debris hopper as a large water tank for street washing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage hopper support, two protected revolving beacons at the rear, and LED work lights are all standard equipment.

Water tank: The slosh-protected water tank can be filled via a type 'A' hydrant. The double diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even dry running.

Exhaust hood: The smooth-surface exhaust hood is lined with frequency-specific sound insulation.
