The powerful CNC router head is capable of performing both vertical and horizontal machining operations. This versatile router head excels in hinge and lock plate recessing or slotting, ensuring each cut is executed with precision and consistency. Additionally, a specialised small router is included for spot drilling hinge screw holes and squaring the corners of hinge recesses, enhancing the accuracy and finish of your products.
The Alfa Jamb automates the entire process from loading to unloading, allowing your operators focus on higher-level tasks while the machine handles the repetitive work. Programming is simple thanks to the latest generation TOP12-S color graphic touch screen controller. This user-friendly interface features pre-installed electronic macros, allowing you to quickly set up and adjust machining operations with ease.
