We present our latest model of disc chipper, WOODGRAIN BX52RS, designed for effective shredding of branches, tree trunks with a diameter of up to 12 cm, as well as offshoots up to 25 cm. It is not just a chipper - it is an advanced tool that integrates modern solutions for even better efficiency and safety, in accordance with the latest EU directives.

The distinctive features of this model are the hydraulic material feeding system, which makes work even more effective. The new generation of the hydraulic system, with its own pump and oil tank, ensures not only safety but also efficiency. Additionally, the chipper has been equipped with its own hydraulic pump and hydraulic oil tank, powering two rollers feeding material to the knife disc.

The drive from the tractor to the chipper is transferred by means of a transmission shaft, and the material collection mechanism is characterized by a smooth 10-step collection speed regulator, a material withdrawal function and an emergency stop. Work safety has been raised to a higher level thanks to safeguards and covers.

The massive cutting disc with a diameter of 63 cm and a thickness of 2 cm is another advantage of the chipper. Considering the weight of the disc, which is 65 kg, the chipper does not burden the engine to a large extent, which distinguishes it from drum or roller chippers. The disc is equipped with 4 double-sided sharpened knives and one counter knife mounted in the chipper base. Additionally, the breakers (shovels) that crush the obtained chips to a value of 20-50 mm make the shredding process even more effective.

The chipper also has a disc locking latch, facilitating the replacement of knives, and the produced chips are thrown out through a pipe rotated 360 ° in relation to the chipper base.
