Optional Energy Saving System ESS (Energy Saving Systems)

The machine can be equipped with the modern ESS servo drive system, which increases the energy efficiency of hydraulic plastic injection moulding machines.

The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor via a frequency inverter, adjusting the motor’s rotational speed to the current demand during the production cycle. As a result, electrical energy is consumed only during the actual machine demand.
