1. Three-stage spray washer with exhaust fan, electrically heated
First zone of the line: - washing of parts, tank capacity approximately 2,000 liters. Electrical heating. Additionally, a supplementary heating system connected to the factory’s central heating is installed.
Second zone: preliminary rinsing, tank capacity approximately 1,000 liters.

2. Gas-fired dryer after washing, with air curtains and preheater
Second zone of the line - drying of parts, heating medium: technical propane or propane-butane. Riello gas burner.

3. Through-feed powder coating booth with manipulators adapted for automatic spraying, detachable paper filter blocks
Third zone - painting of parts, booth equipped with two manipulators and a station for manual painting. ESB control cabinet.

4. Gas-fired oven
Fourth zone - curing, gas-fired oven with two preheaters at the upper level, forced draft.

5. Continuous-motion suspended conveyor with tensioning and drive station
Fifth zone - suspended conveyor with loading and unloading zone. Length of the transport chain: 112 m. Additionally equipped with crossbars to facilitate loading. 112 pieces.
Maximum conveying speed: 1 m/min, adjustable from 0.3 m/min. Includes chain, drive, chain tensioning unit, and control system. Allows for reverse operation, length: 77 m.
