Our EP CPD50L1 forklift demo unit is a groundbreaking Li-ion forklift with a load capacity of 5.0 tonnes, specially developed for modern intralogistics applications and the highest user requirements. This upgrade version of the CPD50F8 impresses with an optimized design that combines aesthetics and functionality.

About the EP CPD50L1 forklift demonstration unit:
The CPD50L1 is based on EP's proven CPD50F8 heavy-duty forklift and is an improved variant that better meets the needs of modern applications. The vehicle has an optimized appearance with a shorter length and a bolted driver's protection roof of 2250 mm height, which is specially designed for loading containers. Equipped with an appropriate lifting frame, the CPD50L1 can efficiently transport goods in standard containers. The series comes with a powerful 80V/560Ah lithium battery as standard and offers an optional larger 80V/690Ah battery for intensive applications. The travel speed has been significantly increased, increasing the efficiency of handling. The CPD50L1 also offers a joystick option, which allows more comfortable operation on a palm-sized surface compared to manual levers.

The CPD50L1 series offers two lithium battery options - 80V/560Ah and 80V/690Ah - to suit different requirements. The advantages of lithium technology, such as opportunity charging, no maintenance and no carbon emissions, ensure comfortable and sustainable operation.

Fast travel speed for maximum efficiency:

Compared to the classic CPD50F8, the travel speed of the CPD50L1 has been increased to 16/18 km/h, which speeds up warehouse handling and maximizes transport efficiency.
Joystick option for fatigue-free working:

The CPD50L1 can be equipped with hydraulic joysticks instead of mechanical levers. This positioning enables fingertip operation, which promotes driver ergonomics through improved controls.

Market-proven components and optimized layout:

The CPD50L1 uses well-engineered components such as the drive unit, motors, controls and mast for maximum reliability. The box girder structure is stiffer, which ensures greater stability, and the new hydraulic pump makes the lifting process more precise and quieter.
