Feutron Temperature Testing Chamber -40 to +100°C

The Feutron TPK 3403/125, thanks to its robust design, is a reliable workhorse for standardized temperature tests.
The main application areas for this model are:

1. Electronics and Component Testing
This is the most common application. It involves testing how components react to extreme temperatures:
Functional testing: Does the circuit board still function flawlessly at -40 °C or +150 °C?
Burn-in tests: Artificial aging of components through continuous operation at high temperatures to provoke early failures.

2. Material Testing
Investigation of physical changes in materials:
Brittleness: Do plastics or rubber seals become brittle in the cold?
Deformation: Do composite materials warp in the heat?
Storage tests: How stable do chemical substances or adhesives remain over long periods at a constant temperature?

3. Quality Assurance (QA)
Sample testing: Tests carried out during production to ensure that the production process meets the specified temperature ranges.
Fjdsy Nynaspfx Agkjgh
Standard testing: Conducting tests according to common industry standards (e.g., DIN EN 60068), which prescribe specific temperature profiles.

4. Research & Development
Prototyping: Testing new housing designs or materials under controlled thermal conditions before mass production.
