Steel welded construction, continuous tipping shaft at the rear with 80 mm ball bearing, geared support foot at the front, foldable rear support, chock blocks with holder, steel underride guard, mud flaps at the rear over the entire width (not in conjunction with forklift mount), quarter panel fenders, spare wheel, make identical to standard tires, steel rim, loose, plastic tool box, with insert, w=620/h=360/d=440 mm, lockable with a padlock. (Lock not included in delivery). Note: The side board touches the storage box when folded down, lockable storage space for loading ramps below the loading area, pair of aluminum ramps 3,000 mm long, 360 mm wide, load capacity per pair 8,000 kg (mounting rail for ramps at the rear).

Drawbar with tested 40 mm drawbar eye, drawbar height adjustable via spindle, max. adjustment range 300 mm.

BPW drum brake axles, axle/suspension laser-aligned, reducing tire wear and fuel consumption, parabolic suspension with maintenance-free steel-rubber mounting and mechanical axle load compensation (rocker compensation).

2-line compressed air brake system, color-coded line routing for easy servicing, hand spindle parking brake.

24 Volt, multi-chamber lights, yellow LED lighting on the side, 2 white position lights at the front, 2 white/red marker lights at the rear, 1 x 15-pole connector at the front, with connection cable.

Three-way tipper, hydraulic multi-piston press with stroke limiter and safety cable, low-pressure cylinder up to max. 170 bar, without throttle. If required, this can be retrofitted to the truck, hydraulic connection with SVK connector NW 10/3, incl. connection hose, actuation hydraulically via truck auxiliary drive.

Stable tipping platform with 4 mm steel sheet floor, sideboard structure made of steel, side walls continuous, foldable and pivotally mounted with central locking at the bottom. Rear corner posts can be inserted. Rear wall foldable and pivotally mounted, with central locking at the bottom, platform length approx. 5,000 mm, side walls with 6 hinges at the bottom.
Sideboard retraction springs (not possible with divided side walls), platform width 2420 mm, pair of lashing eyes in the floor, each 5 tons.

Operating instructions: The specified total weight is technically possible, depending on the load, the total weight may not be reached while observing the permissible axle/support and saddle loads. (Poor driving and tracking behavior possible due to incorrect load distribution).

Country of registration: Germany, with Dekra inspection and certificate (according to §13 EC - FGV), 24/7 service hotline, prepared for single-line license plate holder, contour marking with reflective strips according to ECE R 048, white on the side and red at the rear.
