1. Surface Pre-treatment Tunnel (Recycolor Kft.):

- Continuous multi-zone degreasing, (phosphating), and rinsing system.

- Final rinse zone: DI (demineralized) water rinse stage.

- Construction: Watertight PP sheet housing with drip zones and partition plates to minimize cross-contamination.

- Lower zone tanks equipped with internal filters, circulation pumps, and fitting assemblies.

- Dehumidification / Exhaust: Fan extraction with droplet separator.

- Control system: Fully automated PLC control.



2. ITW Gema QCS 03 25-310 Powder Coating Booth & Recovery System:

- GEMA quick color-change booth with integrated overhead conveyor.

- Double-sided automatic powder coating with 4+4 (total 8) spray guns with 2500 mm vertical stroke.

- Pre-touch manual spraying area at the inlet for complex geometries.

- Mono-cyclone powder recovery system and absolute filter with built-in exhaust fan.
