The Hebrock F 2

The 3.3 m long F 2 is not only affordable and space-saving, but it also boasts the features you need to process edges perfectly from the start: diamond-tipped joiner cutters guarantee excellently prepared workpieces for edgebanding. The equipment includes a joiner unit (up to 2 mm cutting depth), the top-mounted quick-heating glue container, a miter saw, and a combination router. Optionally, the F 2 can also be equipped with a surface scraping blade.

With PLC control (including touchscreen) and hot-melt glue application to the workpiece for edge material up to 3 mm; joiner cutter (including diamond tool) up to 2 mm cutting depth, maintenance-free glue tank with replaceable tank preparation including glue dispensing device, high-frequency miter saw station (approx. 12,000 rpm), high-frequency router station (approx. 12,000 rpm) with separate pneumatic router adjustment and interchangeable blade router (combination design), robust chain drive, ball-bearing double roller pressure, viewing window from the back of the machine, pull-out workpiece support, feed rate approx. 10 m/min.
