Used Jenbacher JMS 612 GS-N.L Gas-Powered CHP Plant
Manufactured in 2011, this combined heat and power (CHP) plant is currently configured for tri-generation — producing cooling, heating, and power within a single integrated process. Cooling is achieved via absorption chillers.

Fuel consumption: 479 Nm³/h of natural gas

Cooling Tower — Supports effective heat dissipation for continuous tri-generation performance.
