General terms and conditions for the offer:
- 100% payment in advance, net without deduction, before dismantling begins and upon receipt of invoice.
- The equipment remains our property until full payment has been received.
- The purchaser may withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time in writing and without stating reasons until full payment has been made.
- Ex stock location, the buyer is responsible for organizing dismantling, loading, and transport of the equipment at their own expense.
- The buyer is responsible for proper dismantling and commissioning.
- The buyer undertakes to contract only qualified specialists for dismantling.
- Dates must be coordinated with KT and adapted to the plant’s operating hours.
- Dismantling must be completed entirely up to the supply lines.
- All site safety regulations must be observed.
- The equipment is sold as inspected and in its current condition, without any guarantee or warranty for material or cosmetic defects.
