Knecht AS-500

Offered here is a used fully automatic AS-500 case erector with two carton magazines (see photos, no. 3 + 4) from Knecht (Smurfit Kappa Group).

The system has already been dismantled and can be loaded onto a truck on site.
Inspection of the system is possible by appointment.

The machine is in excellent condition and has been regularly maintained.
It is being sold due to a plant closure.
The system is designed for packaging automotive rims.
If required, the machine can also be converted for other goods.

Technical data:
- For cartons according to FEFCO 0200/0201
- Bottom sealing with hot-melt glue
- Two carton magazines (pallet loading), each with a lifting unit. Pallet loading via manual pallet truck.
- Carton removal by vacuum suction cups
- Hot-melt glue station (bottom sealing with four glue beads)
- Control: ELAU C-400
- Operation via MP 277 touch panel
- Output: 8 boxes/minute

Length: 400–650 mm
Width: 400–650 mm
Height: 150–500 mm
