For stationary profile milling of head edges on soft-forming and post-forming workpieces. Also for
flush milling on thick PVC edges for right-angled workpieces and multi-sided gluing.
The processing of symmetrical and asymmetrical soft-forming and post-forming profiles is possible after manual
profile depth adjustment. The motor feed is done manually by sensing the workpiece.
Standard equipment:
- Workpiece stop system
- Pneumatic clamping cylinder
- 1 milling motor, 0.8 kW, continuously adjustable up to 27,000 rpm, standardly equipped with a radius cutter, R=2. Sensing is done by a start-up ring on the workpiece.
- Aggregate feed on precision round guides.
