Tower system: 63 LC, max. lifting capacity: 5,000 kg. Comprising: slewing platform, jib, counter-jib, counter-jib platform, tower platforms, 4x counterweight ballast, radio remote control. Emergency stop function on the remote control is inoperative, wind-off function inactive. Crane is installed on foundation anchors within the elevator shaft. No inspection log book or further documentation available. Dismantling and removal only by qualified personnel or specialist company. Proof of qualification must be provided before collection! Construction site is located in the city center. Permit from local authorities must be applied for prior to collection. The current lessee can assist with the exchange of contact details. Viewing possible by arrangement with the current lessee. The crane is expected to be in use until January 2026. Collection by arrangement only!
