Suitable for shredding residual wood of all kinds, including pallet sections.

Pallets must be prepared with a saw or chainsaw so that they fit upright into the hopper – see image 2. Ideally, the dimensions should be approximately 40x20x20 cm so that the wood can lie flat on the sliding bed. This is when the machine operates most effectively.

A hydraulic slide runs along the bottom of the shredder, pressing the wood against the rotor depending on the load. The material is shredded until it passes through the screen basket.

Throughput rate up to 200 kg per hour *depending on the screen and how well the material is prepared.

*Conveyor belt and overband magnet available at an extra charge.

Requirements for raw material:
