HDE-25

The HDE Series Hopper Dryers are designed for efficient drying of plastic granules before extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding processes. Moisture contained in plastic materials can cause defects such as bubbles, silver streaks, poor surface finish, and reduced mechanical properties. The HDT Series effectively removes surface moisture using a controlled hot-air circulation system, ensuring stable processing conditions and consistent product quality.
All material-contact surfaces are manufactured from stainless steel, preventing material contamination while providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. The precision cast aluminum hopper offers excellent heat retention and ensures uniform drying throughout the entire material batch.
A specially designed hot-air diffuser distributes heated air evenly inside the hopper, significantly improving drying efficiency. The low-noise blower delivers stable airflow while preventing dust from entering the material. The hopper is equipped with a material level inspection window, an auto loader mounting port, and safety systems protecting against overheating and motor overload.
The modular design allows quick cleaning and fast material changes, making the HDT Series suitable for continuous industrial operation
