1. System description
The Mawera SST, a two-beam, hydraulically operated discharge system, is used for the uniform and continuous discharge of wood chips from a rectangular storage silo. The sliders or scrapers move the material in alternating strokes to feed the boiler.

Hydraulic drive with two cylinders
Thrust force: 160 kN
Tensile force: 80 kN
Automatic, alternating stroke control synchronized with the boiler control
4. Connections
Material discharge into a central collection pit
Further transport via screw or chain conveyors
Boiler connection: DN 315
5. Installation requirements
Concrete floor, MONO-FINISH quality, tolerance ±5 mm
Base plates, openings, and covers to be provided by the customer
Maintenance access to the hydraulic unit must be ensured
