The principle of operation off the model PC40 machine is based on the automatic distribution, uninterrupted transfer and rotation of the parts which are visually inspected by two operators.
The machine works according to the principle of uninterrupted kinematics, with the following advantage:
1. Uninterrupted transfer and rotation of the parts
2. Very limited wear of mechanical parts as the motion is continuous and without jerks.
The products are automatically transferred one by one onto a driving chain fitted with dogs and an inclined place. The products rotate past two operators, sitting side by side. These operators check the products and remove manually those which they consider as defective. The other products are discharged into a box at the end of the chain.
Feeding is ensured by automatic systems, Model AS-PC

Workstation components: 2 machine workstations, A driving chain fitted with dogs ensures uninterrupted transfer of the products in front of the two operators.
Workstation additional equipment: Normal discharge system for defective products after each visual inspection station.
An emergency stop safety device. Four (4) mirrors for inspection of the products from particular angles, at the front and at the rear of the chain fitted with dogs
