Опис
Like-new 2-component mixing and dispensing system Mur.Tech KMD-3000 V2 (year of manufacture 2026), directly from the manufacturer. Designed for highly viscous, abrasive, and reactive media such as epoxy resins, polyurethanes, silicones, adhesives, and highly filled potting compounds. Pulsation-free material feed thanks to an eccentric screw pump.
This V2 version is additionally equipped with container heating (30–150 °C per container) and vacuum degassing of the materials – ideal for temperature- and bubble-sensitive applications.
Highlights:
- Modular design: complete material flow path from the pump head to the mixing gun can be replaced without tools (clamp technology)
- Material temperature control throughout the entire material path
- Material change in just a few minutes – almost no material loss
- Stator change with only 3 screws – service without production downtime
- Pinch valve and mixing tube change without tools in seconds
- Lightweight mixing head made of carbon / aluminum / GRP – ergonomic
- Swivel arm for fatigue-free handling (robot mount can be retrofitted)
- Mobile thanks to the roller chassis
