Combined machine

SCM Minimax lab 300p

Multi-function machine with aluminum sliding table for sawing, milling, planing/thicknessing, and optional long-hole drilling.

torsion-resistant, steel-cast iron construction
machine table made of cast iron, hardened and ground
smooth-running, anodized aluminum sliding table, 10-year SCM warranty on wear of the slide guides
large fence system with extendable aluminum telescopic stop and folding stops
with combination saw-tenon stop with 45° quick adjustment
max. saw blade diameter 315 mm with optional scoring unit, swiveling from 90°-45°
helical steel infeed roller for consistent wood feed during thicknessing
four milling speeds, manually adjustable
standard with right/left rotation of the milling spindle
three independent motors for each working unit
sliding table with ball contact system
equipped with a ball contact system that has proven its worth millions of times
permanently smooth running due to hardened and ground guides
not susceptible to dust and dirt due to minimal contact point between the ball and trapezoidal rail

The dust extraction ports for the planer and thicknesser are on the same – right – side. The dust extraction hose can therefore be used for both types of planers from the same side.

helical steel infeed rollers for a constant and even workpiece feed
massive anti-recoil guards for the operator's safety
3-knife cutterhead ensures an optimal planing result
