Tipping body / Dump body “smooth construction”
Fully welded inside
Aluminium dump body, side walls with 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm) welded 600 mm wide, floor 6 mm thick, high wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110) with 45-degree bevel to side wall, front wall 4 mm reinforced, inclined design, rear wall designed as a universal door, straight design with 2 wing doors in 2/3–1/3 configuration and a grain chute, ALU round profile welded laterally and below to seal door gap on rear doors, rear doors partly clad with smooth aluminium. Universal door operated automatic-pneumatic, lockable with separate lever, aluminium rear brace pivotable, two hold-downs with rubber buffer on the dump body fixed to the frame at the front wall.
